100% deposit on booking for arrivals within 10 days.
NB: you have anyway to give a valid credit card for guarantee, management reserves the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
Deposits are always non-refundable.

Check out: before 10 am.
(If your times differ you must make arrangements with the management)
